Banana Cinnamon Detox Smoothie May 22 2016

We've all heard how Turmeric is great for detox. I've also learned that it may have other health benefits.

I've been looking for ways to add turmeric to my daily diet so I created this smoothie recipe. It tastes really good too!

Banana Cinnamon Detox Smooothie
1 cup of coconut milk (or any non-dairy milk)
1 scoop of Juice Plus+ Complete Vanilla Shake
1/2 ripe banana
1 Tbsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of turmeric
dash of pepper
Blend and enjoy.
